This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share when you submit an idea. It reflects how the Idea Incubator actually works.
Your email stays private
We ask for your email so we can contact you about your idea — nothing else. Your email address is never shown on any public page, and it is never attached to an idea we showcase.
Ideas are private by default
When you submit an idea it isn't published. Our team reviews it privately. Only ideas we choose to feature appear on public pages like the gallery — and you can ask to have your idea shown anonymously.
The two choices you make
When you submit, you give Contact consent (required) so we can email you about the outcome. Display consent is optional — it lets us credit you by name if your idea is featured. You can decline display and still submit; we'll show the idea anonymously.
What we collect
We store the idea you write, its category, your email, any file you attach, and the consents you gave. We use this only to review your idea, contact you, and — for featured ideas — showcase the idea itself, never your email.
